KidsPack sign ups are handled within each of our participating schools. Contact your school’s front office, and they will sign up your child for KidsPack.
Contents of each bag are selected for being kid-friendly, nutritious, and easy for young children to prepare on their own.
Bags generally include shelf-stable milk, two breakfast items (oats/cereal), two dinner items (pasta/soup), 1 protein item (tuna/chicken), 2 fruit items (applesauce/ juice box) and 4 snack items (granola bars/nuts/puffed grains).
The KidsPack program is available to any student enrolled at one of our participating schools.
KidsPack is entirely funded through grants and individual donations. This program does not receive any state or federal funding.
Our largest supporters are The Yellowstone Club Community Foundation, The Bozeman Schools Foundation, and The Town Pump Charitable Foundation.

“We have been down to basics multiple times regarding our dinner and lunch menus. With the kids pack we have saved so much stress and money as well knowing that we will have extras and even fun granola bars and juice for the weekend. Our kids feel as though they are contributing to our groceries when they bring home food that we are all excited about! Thank you so much for all of your care and hard work!!” – Parent of a Participant
“As a low-income family that does not or barely qualifies for food stamps, it (KidsPack) really helps make sure we have something to eat and helps kids have full bellies” – Parent of a Participant
“Thanks for your dedication. Our experience is students work more effectively if they are not hungry in the morning. Some students simply don’t take the time to eat breakfast at home, but many more have no food at home.” – School Faculty
