I am responsible for the Food Rescue program at the food bank! I can be found out at our local grocery stores, bakeries, and businesses collecting donations. I also recruit volunteer drivers to help out on our routes. When I am not rescuing food, I am coordinating pickups/drop offs, as well as helping out throughout the warehouse and store. I am so happy to help the community reduce their waste as well as increase the access to meals and healthy food. 

I am originally from Minnesota. I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2021 with a BASc in Public Health. During my time out west I have worked as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer and with a Yellowstone Tour company based out of Big Ski. 

Outside of the Food Bank, I love supporting local breweries and restaurants. In the snowy months I am skiing and in the warmer months I am biking and hiking! I also enjoy relaxing with a good book by the fire or in the sunshine.
