LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
BOMONT CENTER SUB, S06, T02 S, R06 E, Lot 13A-1, ACRES 1.23, PLAT J-41C

Human Resources Development Council of District IX, Inc. (HRDC) is seeking proposals/offers to purchase the property referenced above and, in this document, known currently as the Gallatin Valley Food Bank located at 602 Bond St. Bozeman, MT 59715.

These offers will be accepted until August 1, 2023. Potential Offerors can refer to these linked documents for pertinent information or may schedule a walk-through inspection by appointment by emailing Jill Holder, jholder@thehrdc.org.

Proposals will be submitted in hardcopy or electronic format and may be submitted in the template provided (see linked documents) with the option of adding a narrative of no more than one page or in the form of a formal Purchase Agreement. Electronic copies can be submitted to cfo@thehrdc.org or in person at 32 S. Tracy Bozeman, MT 59715.

Late proposals will not be accepted.

A Committee of HRDC’s Board of Directors will review the offers. Potential Bidders may request information regarding scoring after a decision has been made. The payment of any brokerage commission pursuant to this proposed transaction must be paid for by the Purchaser.

This RFP does not in any manner whatsoever constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of HRDC to accept any Proposal, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFP, nor does it constitute any obligation by HRDC to sell any goods or services.

Donations during off-peak hours are encouraged (8 am- 12:00 pm or after 2:30 pm).
